STRAIGHTFORWARD ANSWERS
The right questions.
Before your walk.
Just what you need to make your choice.
Another question? What is a light-up collar used for?
Its light helps you spot your dog when visibility is low. It complements your walking gear, but does not replace supervision or a leash, and does not guarantee the prevention of an accident.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure their neck circumference with a flexible tape measure, without pulling it tight. You should be able to fit two flat fingers between the collar and the neck. Contact us to confirm the model's measurements and the appropriate size.
Do I need to buy batteries?
No. Lumidog is rechargeable: a simple action between walks, with no batteries to buy or replace.
And what if my dog has long hair?
Fur can block some of the light. Check that the light strip remains visible once the collar is adjusted, without tightening it too much around the neck.
